Creative Finesse product.
At Creative Finesse we stand behind our products and services 100%! If
you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.
"YDYW" Corrections Policy: If after receipt of your order you
determine that revisions are needed due to incorrect data-entry on
Calendar Detail forms, we will happily revise the needed pages and send them
to you at the price of 8-days for $5.00 (includes
shipping). If this has occurred due to our error, we will happily
correct FREE OF CHARGE.
Lost or damaged "YDYW" Gift Certificates that need to be replaced? We
don't want you to miss the opportunity to redeem these.
Provide us with purchase information and we will remove the Certificate
numbers from circulation and then happily replace with new ones for the
minor replacement fee of $3.00 each.
We want to retain you as a long term customer and that only happens if you
are a happy customer. If you are disappointed with your purchase from
"YDYW", we need to make it better to the best of our ability. We will
try.

In the event that you need to return items to "Your Day- Your Way",
contact us for a Return Authorization Number and then return product via
UPS, FedEx or other carrier that allows package tracking.
The package should be sent to the address above. Please include your
account name and email address inside of the package, along with your
receipt number. We will process your return as soon as possible and
replace your order or refund your money, with the exception of any
packaging/shipping costs.
Our aim is a 100% satisfied customer. You deserve no
less.
